Provisional License
Provisional Driver's License Requirements
- Applicants must have a minimum age of 16 years and 6 months.
- Applicants must have completed a minimum of 60 hours of supervised driving and the supervising
driver must submit a completed and signed practice log.
- Skills test must be passed by the applicants.
- Provisional license holders under the age of 18 are authorized to drive without supervision ONLY
between the hours of 5 am to midnight. From midnight to 5 am they must be accompanied by a supervising
driver (21 years or older) who has held a license for a minimum of 3 years.
- During the provisional waiting period, any convictions for moving violations will require restarting
the waiting period. Violations may result in corrective classes to remedy suspension/and or
revocation.
